Sourdough Class at The Coco Lounge 🥖
Spend a beautiful couple of hours at The Coco Lounge, Narrandera, discovering the art of traditional sourdough.
In this intimate two-hour class, you’ll be guided through the sourdough process from beginning to end — learning about the starter, mixing, proofing, shaping and baking. You’ll see each stage demonstrated, have the opportunity to ask questions, and enjoy tasting a selection of freshly baked sourdough along the way.
We’ll also share curated grazing and non-alcoholic beverages as you settle in, learn and enjoy the relaxed surroundings of The Coco Lounge.
You’ll leave with your own sourdough starter, recipe, flour and mini sourdough loaf, along with the knowledge and confidence to begin creating beautiful sourdough at home.
